  ooking with friends is one of the great pleasures. I'm especially lucky this year because my friend Paulette Mitchell is joining me as co-Diva for a week in May for my popular Chianti Classico Culinary Experience. One week of culinary exploration and collaboration!
Paulette is, among other talents, a cooking expert extraordinaire who specializes in helping busy people get dinner on the table fast. But when I asked Paulette for a recipe to share with visitors to my web site, I was delighted to discover that she has taken a classic recipe I love and added very special twists.
