There are actually two Poggibonsi--a large industrial town and a smaller village. Poggibonsi is usually passed through on the way to San Gimignano, and is popular with sales reps because of its easy access to the freeway. He has a huge following with locals. Traditional Tuscan food, but also a touch of his own creativity. Poggibonsi is often overlooked on the way to San Gimignano, but after eating at La Galleria you won't forget the exit.
